About Kaberry Family Law

Juliet Kaberry obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor Of Laws at the University of New England.  Prior to commencing legal practice, Juliet was a trained mediator and Counsellor for various welfare and health providers.

She was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia in 2004. Juliet has been employed at various Legal Practices in Moree and Armidale NSW since her admission, practicing in all areas of law but predominantly family, separation and children’s matters. Juliet is a member of the Law Society of NSW and of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.

Juliet has been appointed to the following legal aid panels:

  • Family Law acting for parents and interested parties;
  • Care and Protection acting for parents and interested parties;
  • Family Law acting as Independent Children’s Lawyer;
  • Care and Protection acting as independent Legal Representative and Direct Legal Representative for children.

Juliet is committed to resolving family law disputes in a timely, appropriate and cost effective manner and will only advise to commence court proceedings as a final resort.
